

Iapos;ll have to look up symptoms, but iapos;m wondering if the Vitamin D Deficiency is what makes it hard to actually RUN? No issues walking, but when having to sprint for the bus I get maybe 4 or 5 steps then my shins start hurting... Not muscular though. Iapos;d thought it was because iapos;m in such crappy shape due to the desk job, but i wonder if it was something to do with bones? Seeing as Vitamin D helps with calcium absorption/use by the body.
